Effective immediately, invoking a *promote on a published video will cause it to be floated at the top of the page for 2 hours instead of just 1. Appropriately, a *doublepromote will now result in double, a 4 hour float.

It was very apparent, and to everyone I think, that a promote for the Sifted tab just didn't get enough attention in just a single hour. Let's see how we do with two.
