I like the idea, but I think it would make it too complex in the end.

I wouldn´t change the threshold because it would destroy the definition of "sifted", but maybe there is a way to program it so one could choose a view in which all videos tagged with that channel would show.

Maybe a pulldown on the channel page like this:
Show only sifted *downunder videos
Show all *downunder videos

and maybe even fancier options like

Show all *downunder Top 15 videos
Show only unsifted *downunder videos
and so on...

I recommended this ages ago. Essentially it seemed too complicated to accomplish.

So many Obscure posts that need to get posted at least on my channel. Then as a channel owner I can sift through them and dechannel anything i feel doesn't fit.

It wouldn't seem to be that complicated to code, but then I'm no coder and don't understand the workings of the sift.
