Wouldn't it be nice to give people (say, limit it to people of certain star levels) the ability to occasionally vote an old video back onto the front page?

Say a person with a gold star could, once every month or two weeks (don't want to over-do it), sift back up a nugget like the exploding whale video.

I swear, that video is one of the best things VS has ever done for me...
