I have since posted another video - and this sift talk post, so the original problem seems to have gone. However, I still can't submit the Stallone video. Please help!

The same thing happened to me not long ago with my Trailer to the biker flick 'Wild Angels.' When I went to submit the vid it got discarded instead and when I tried to resubmit it I was told it was a duplicate url. It's frustrating but the only thing I could think to do was give it a little time, which I did, and then it worked the next day when I submitted it again.

the duplicate url error is different than the duplicate embed error. Try titling your video as something different gwaan. This is on our long list of bugs to fix, but it should only occur when you try to give something an exact duplicate title, I run into this every week with my neatorama round up, which is why they are all variations on a title.
