Inviting members to join your collective has become much simpler than copy/pasting their username into your collective manager page. For any videos posted by members not already in or invited to your collective you'll find a new "invite" link. If you're watching a video and it strikes you as something that's right in line with your collective, just click the invite link and the submitter of the video will be invited to join.
