Few ideas in my head for preventing Probies from spamming us with garbage tax services, bunk beds, and whatever else.

Probies are not permitted to post Sift-Talk posts.
Probies are not permitted to leave personal messages on Sift Profiles.
Probies are restricted to 1 video/sift talk comment every 10 minutes.

Just some ideas to prevent spam from getting through. Now, I know this will make it even more difficult for them to lose their P's... and communicate with us. Maybe I'm just getting tired of banning/discarding spam videos/posts.

Any ideas?
