If Trump's failed fence worked at all, there wouldn't be any making it....but it doesn't work at all....it's usually less secure than what it replaced. I would admit, Biden isn't doing better at preparing for the numbers of refugee children, and he hasn't changed policy much beyond not abandoning children to the cartel sex trade, but treating refugee children like refugee children and not like criminal lowlifes is a step in the right direction.
