Killer Whales Charge Blue Whale (Rare Drone Footage)
Orcas are dicks. They often act like humans.
And "largest animal to ever have lived" really? It's not bigger than all the dinosaurs is it?
Or is NatGeo saying there were no dinosaurs?
🤷
The Death Of National Geographic
Maybe I'm not as concerned because when I was growing up the only reason to look at a NatGeo mag was to see some wank material.
The Death Of National Geographic
As a religious person, I'm disgusted.
RIP NatGeo.
King Tut Tomb Scans Support Theory of Hidden Chamber
This looks awesome, but as an ad for an upcoming documentary, and given all the staff and management changes at NatGeo, I'm expecting this to be along the lines of that megalodon shit-show from a few years back.

Drugs, Inc.: Wasted in Seattle
Good job NatGeo. A state legalizes drugs so they've gone off the deepend and need to be scared into coming back and re-instituting the War on Drugs I suppose. Bullshit lying scarepiece.
natgeo-warrior gene-born to rage-hosted by henry rollins
"What's a natgeo-warrior?"

"Whats it mean to be Gene-born?"
"Rage-hosted?"
Yeah I guess that last one could explain Rollin's speaking style, but otherwise the hyphenation in this title makes it totally unreadable.
Had no idea what any of that meant until reading the tags!

Tree-climbing pro, Nat Geo photog gets shot of a lifetime
Well it's clearly Canon gear, but I can't make out the exact models.
If he shoots for NatGeo, it's bound to be all top shelf stuff, although it doesn't look like he went with a 1D variant. Probably to save weight and be able to conceal it easier. Definitely a fullframe though, so perhaps a 5D.
No clue on the lens, but it's an L prime between 200 and 400mm.
Which camera/lens is he using?
30 Japanese Giant Hornets Kill 30,000 Honey Bees - BBC
Not sure how you managed to watch a dead video and come to that conclusion, but I specifically remember the original. It was one of the earliest videos I ever watched on VS. It was a combination of this video (with the British woman's voiceover, as opposed to the Americanized version redubbed for Discovery or NatGeo which is also here on VS) and this one (also with the same British woman's voiceover). The two are dupes of this one original, as I stated above and on the other dupe.

Watch the videos. They are in no way in any shape or form, the same video. Different video, different commentator, different quality, not a dupe.
Free Soloing with Alex Honnold
Read this in NatGeo a couple months ago. Great article.
Drunk driver campaigns for Ron Paul
>> ^Yogi:
Who cares if he's acting or not? Do you libertarians actually think that we believe he's coherently spouting your political views? If he's drunk he's a drunk moron...he's not drunk therefore libertarians are stupid.
God you guys are such fucking babies.
the point is that the ceo for fox reality channel takes over natgeo which then airs what appears to be a bad actor trying to disparage Ron Paul or his supporters. He didn't look like someone at 0.3bac
Drunk driver campaigns for Ron Paul
Note: NatGeo Channel is run by Fox.
The current CEO of NatGeo Channel is the guy who was head (still is?) of Fox Reality Channel.
Fish with transparent head caught on film
*isdupe>> ^garmachi:
It's precisely the same video, and even the script is the same, the only difference is that it's read by a different narrator and has the natgeo logo at the end. Not a significant difference imo.
