I went to one of these Rich Dad , flipping houses for high profits meetings at the local hotel once. All they wanted to to sign you up for their 10 20 30 thousand courses in Florida. Their all scams. My wife wanted to do it and I said no. She later agreed a week or two later after the hype was out of her head.

Wow. From now on, I'm going to try my hotel key on the first room I pass, and if it opens, I'll be demanding my money back AFTER using it to open every room I pass to tell the occupants they should check out IMMEDIATELY or nail their door shut.

a 40-minute flight was delayed about 6 hours, then cancelled, then re-routed, then had to stand in "customer service" line 4 hours, then got new flight (another 5 hours later), and they said they rebooked the final connecting flight, but when I landed - nothing. The connecting airline had zero record of me or my supposed-ticket. Stuck in HK airport another 6 hours.

At least I finally got there and didn't lose cost of flight ticket.

I did also have AA flight cancelled (in Barcelona), but to their credit they had entire plane (300+) rebooked within 45 minutes. And hotel+meal+shuttle.

While I agree, the tactics mentioned here may be heavy handed, there's certainly something seriously wrong with the fact that 90% (+-) of 'super delegates' are announcing they will vote for Clinton, but she has less than 55% of the actual VOTE.
It may not be appropriate to accost them outside their homes and hotel rooms, but it certainly IS appropriate to tell them clearly and repeatedly that if they go against the will of the people in this way, they will all be voted out of office.

In Washington, over 70% of the vote went to Sanders....and so far 100% of 'super delegates' have pledged for Clinton. That won't stand, and it is going to cost the Democrats just for trying.

If Sanders was poison to the party in the general election like Trump, this might make sense...but he's NOT. He's BETTER than Clinton in all polls against ALL republican candidates. The only thing that makes sense is they've been paid by Clinton (or her campaign, or the party leaders she's beholding to) to say they're for Clinton to try to make her lead look overwhelming in order to dampen enthusiasm for Sanders. If they actually vote the way they're pledged, the Democratic party will be self destructing just like the Republicans are, because Bernie supporters aren't supporting him because he's a democrat, most support him despite the fact that he's in either party....and those people WILL vote against any of those elected 'super delegates' that vote against the clear will of the people. Those people also mostly won't vote for Clinton...so the whole plan to make her the nominee is doomed to failure from the outset, she absolutely can't win without Sanders' supporters, and she absolutely won't win most of them over.

I only consider mine a fire safe...same with hotel safes. They are better than nothing, but not at all secure. For security, I would use the hotel office safe or bank safety deposit box. Anything less is just a deterrent.

All security isn't based entirely on prevention, it is based on delay and threat of being caught. We lock our houses so criminals aren't able to enter by just opening a door. I have no illusions that someone could get in if they were committed enough.

I use the in-room hotel safe, because it is better than just leaving some of my valuables in a drawer.
