I always find it bewildering that the majority of republicans don't even have that much money but they tow the party line; while the staunch uber-wealthy hate taxes as if they hate US democracy.

The thing is, the uber-wealthy are the ones that have made 1000%+ wealth gains for decades while wages have remained stagnant for the rest. They are the ones that own businesses and have perpetuated this warfare. If they paid *a little more tax* they wouldn't even feel it. But, for the working class a two dollar raise is fucking huge. The system we have needs more regulation, more services, more taxes in order to create checks & balances and to be put on track for more equal standards of middle-class living (you know the class the upper class has all but wiped out with their disgusting satan-esque greed with a Martha Stewart twist) for a vaster amount of the populace.

Yeah, I'd love to hear him on Trump and Cruz...I think he'd be all about Sanders. He blasted the Tea Party, so we can be fairly sure he'd be blasting the leaders of the current field. He'd probably admire that Trump is at least honest enough to say what he wants without a filter, but also reflect how dangerous it is that his views are so accepted among a scary percentage of Americans. How if Trump, or even Cruz, get's elected, it would isolate the US from our allies. They are still upset about Bush, and going that far to the right would endanger our relationships with all of them, save perhaps Israel, which is all the Christian right care about anyhow. He'd be giving a Hitch Slap to the media for the way they are following the Trump circus just for ratings, and building up Clinton while largely ignoring Sanders. Of course the political right would use that people like Hitchens would support Sanders and reason enough to ignore and fear him. "That demonic Atheist supports Sanders, so that's what you get with a vote for Sanders. Satanism wrapped up in the disguise of Atheism... and we all know that every knee will bow and every tongue confess, and we know they honestly do believe, but are just mad at God about something and trying to turn others against him", or something along those lines.

Way more disturbing than the actual movie it's portraying. Although the movie "You're Next" ain't all that bad. It's a pretty typical slasher but one of the victims turns out to be an ex wilderness survival child born to parents who lived off the land in Australia, so she sets up all these intricate traps to slow down and kill the murders. Pretty awesome at times.

The art film director boyfriend who get shot in the beginning is real life horror director Ti West, who directed an excellent retro satanic cult horror movie called "The House of the Devil". I love that shit. Had one of the actors from You're Next.

He's not, he wouldn't and better than an invertebrate with a brain only barely recognisable as such is not a sufficient bar for the presidency.

The scripture says he was perfect in his ways, it doesn't mean that he was completely perfect. Did you read the scripture where it says that God finds fault even with his angels? That means even the angels make mistakes. The angels are not perfect, and many joined Satan in his rebellion against God. Only God is completely perfect.

Envy is clearly a sin. Satan was envious of God's worship (so you say) and therefore had sin, and so could not have ever been 'perfect' or he would have been without any sin, and indeed would be completely 'sin proof' for eternity....or is your idea of 'god's perfection' the kind of perfection that's far from perfect in many ways?

And I guess you don't understand the word rhetorical...you might look it up on dictionary.com ;-)

Job 4:18-19

Satan perfectly obeyed God until he developed a desire to have the worship that God had for himself. How that developed, I don't know, but it isn't a sin to be tempted; it's a sin to act on it, thought or deed. Jesus was tempted in every way, yet without sin.

God created the devil, but he wasn't always Gods enemy. The scripture reveals that he was a cherub who covered the mercy seat in Ezekiel 28:11-19..here is an excerpt:

A cherub does not look like what is described in the popular imagery. You can find a description of them in Ezekiel chapter 1.

We see in Isaiah 14:3-21 that Satans sin was wanting to replace God and be worshiped himself. Here is an excerpt:

In Heaven, Satan had a perfect life but he threw it away in a mad ambition to replace God with himself. This is exactly what he tempts us to do, as we disregard what God wants and sit on the throne of our lives as king. He got what he wanted in a way, as scripture calls Satan the god of this world, his rule over this world, as ours, is only a temporary affair; we will all stand before God on judgment day and give an account.

Still, Satan's pretty cool.
