Just A Lil' Thick (She Juicy) - EXPLICIT

Nappily Ever After | Official Trailer

Is "Talking White" Actually A Thing?

vil says...

Dude I cant tell your "race" even seeing you. I mean I see you are not scandinavian, but thats it.

People pretend all the time.

People pretend to be tall (or at least have long legs), be intelligent, have a pleasant symmetrical face, good eyesight, no speech impediments, facial and other hair under control, real teeth, clothes, watches, handbags, cars, its all a game. Why would race be the exception?

So you generally make a better impression over the phone if you talk white, does this mean that white people buy that much more stuff or is this particular form of racial favoritism prevalent among black people too?

We have an almost reverse form of this that is quite perverse. A lot of vietnamese small shop owners operate here and speak in peculiar mangled Czech - turns out some of them can speak well, but play along with the stereotype because it makes their racist customers happy.

The Check In: Betsy DeVos' Rollback of Civil Rights

bcglorf says...

Surely the solution should rather be to fix the real problem of unequal opportunity in primary education?

Even given disagreement on this, surely the left(you?) can acknowledge that reasonable good minded people could disagree? Surely it's an over-reaction to call people racist for believing that choosing students based upon performance and not race is a good thing? One has to acknowledge that the counter example, of using race before merit as a selection criteria is in fact the very definition of racism?

More importantly to the Democratic party though, allow me to gift them moral justice and rightness on the issue. Even given that, practicality dictates that spending many years with a policies that choose certain people over more qualified others based upon race will create tensions. If you made that policy against say whites, or males, they might develop resentment. One might predict that they may even vote against those imposing that policy, arguably even willingly voting for a kind of racist orange haired loud mouth that they hope will end the policy discriminating against them based upon their race.

You might even argue it's starting to happen already...

That only works if there's equality in lower/mid level education, giving all students a reasonable opportunity for quality education before that SAT testing, and there is not.
Low income district schools are at a distinct disadvantage in funding, facilities, and availability of assistance, as are low income students. Female students have, historically, been discouraged from pursuing science and math, especially at high levels.

Equality of opportunity at least to a reasonably competent base level of education is considered a civil right. Because we are still far from reaching that ideal, rolling back programs designed to address the continued shortfalls IS a rollback of civil right protections in the same way rolling back civil right protections in our election system was a rollback of the voting rights for a large, specifically targeted population which led instantly to attempts to return to old, clearly discriminatory practices designed to deny voting rights.

What America's wars say about the value of human life

transmorpher says...

That is some serious conflation there. Because Americans can relate better to similar civilisations, which many have direct or nearby ancestry from, doesn't mean that wars are somehow racist, which he seems to be implying.

And no, not all lives have equal value (Einstein and Manson do not have equal value). But they do deserve the same basic rights. These are two different concepts, perhaps he was oversimplifying, but that is a problem in itself, and too much of that is what makes people dye their hair blue or green and tear up universities.

I think one of the key things is that it was filling in the eyes with eyes. It was using completely different color eyes even and it knew where they needed to go. Content Aware only uses what's in the image, so it would just fill in that area with flesh and random bits of hair and mouth. This seems to pull from a neural network database thingymajigger.

That's cool, but how is it different from photoshops "content aware fill" that debuted 8 years ago?

A Perfect Circle -- So Long And Thanks For All The Fish

MilkmanDan says...

Note Ali (Muhammad Ali), Leia (Carrie Fisher), Major Tom (David Bowie), Willy Wonka (Gene Wilder), Prince, and Brady's Mom (? - Florence Henderson?), all recent celebrity deaths.

Lyrics from https://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/perfectcircle/solongandthanksforallthefish.html :

Time is money and money is time
We wasted every second dime
On diets, lawyers, shrinks and apps
And flags, and plastic surgery
Now Willy Wonka, Major Tom
Ali and Leia have moved on
Signal the final curtain call
In all this atomic pageantry

Bravissimo, hip-hip hooray
For this fireworks display
Mind and body blown away
What a radiant crescendo

Ticker tape parade
Our hair and skin like
Like Marilyn Monroe
In an empty wind

Time is money and money is time
We wasted every second dime
On politicians, fancy water
And guns, and plastic surgery
Like old Prince and Brady's mom
All the dolphins have moved on
Signaling the final curtain call
In all this atomic pageantry

Bravissimo, hip-hip hooray
What a glorious display
Melt our joyous hearts away
Under the mushroom cloud confetti

Hip-hip hooray
For this fireworks display
Mind and body blown away
What a radiant crescendo

Hip-hip hooray
Hip-hip hooray

Ticker tape parade
Our hair and skin like
Like Marilyn Monroe
In an empty wind

Time is money and money is time
We wasted every second dime
On diets, lawyers, shrinks and apps
And flags, and plastic surgery
Now Willy Wonka, Major Tom
Ali and Leia have moved on
Signal the final curtain call
In all this atomic pageantry

Time-Lapse Of Fastest Scaling Of "The Nose" on El Capitan

John Oliver - Mike Pence

newtboy says...

Like saying humans have white skin, or blue eyes, or blond hair isn't dehumanizing to non Arians? If you make a blanket statement about who's human that leaves out a group, you dehumanize them, intentionally or not. Simple. Saying humans have five fingers on their hand dehumanized anyone who doesn't. Saying the sky is blue during sunset just makes you moronic.

No, you don't get to change or erase the meaning of words because you disagree with proven, peer reviewed, long standing science. Sorry. Brain scans show physical differences between genders that don't always correspond to sex, but do correspond to gender.

"saying humans are born with either a penis or vagina isn't a hateful statement against people."
It absolutely is hateful to hermaphrodites, clearly saying they aren't human. Use the qualifier "usually" or "almost always".

Alright, if used to deliberately dehumanise someone, almost anything can be hateful. Omitting "almost always" is just convenient, like stating the sky is blue. Sure, the sky isn't always blue, but it's correct often enough to be treated as an accurate general statement. As I gave in my example, saying humans have five fingers and five toes isn't hateful or dehumanising to people with a different number, it's just a generally true statement.

I argue it's in the brain, which today can't be changed. Gender is different from sexuality, clearly, no?

Let me try to be more succinct.

Physical sex is a birth attribute, not as my opinion, but as a provable objective fact.

Gender is in the brain, is an opinion. I do not share that opinion. This is a point on which we should have the liberty to agree to disagree.
Edit:My opinion is that if not defined as biological sex, gender has no real meaning aside from societal norms.

I met Omarosa back in 2003. Despite her political leaning, she was very friendly at a personal level. At the time, she was still studying for her doctorate at Howard University in Washington D.C. and worked in Northern VA where I met her. Jokes aside, she actually studied religion at Payne Theological Seminary and when she says "Jesus didn't say that!" I'd trust her more than lego-haired pouting motherfucker!

Hillbilly Neighbor Is Pissed About New Dog And Trampoline

eric3579 says...

First off why the fuck does she video the interaction with her neighbor when discussing these neighbor issues? If you ask me that's provoking all on it's own. That's not what good neighbors do to resolve issues.

Kids on trampoline always peepin what you're doing is kinda annoying but barking dogs piss me off. If your defense is "that's what dogs do" then fuck you. If your dogs are barking outside at 6:30am bring the fucker in. I love animals, but dogs that constantly bark in close neighborhoods are a nuisance. End of barking dog rant.

Also that hillbilly hair is amazing and she fixes her bike with duct tape. These things score huge points with me

(edit) okay after watching more vids from this women's channel which are ALL of her neighbor, i think that Billy is a bit off and difficult to be neighbors with. Also with as many views as this woman gets from her videos shes making a nice chunk of change. Just sayin'. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWtCqWbJOO0VqzDX4AX3eKg/videos?disable_polymer=1
