Cowboy thwarts robbery in Mexican butcher shop
There is so much to like here. The music sends it over the top, but the clothesline and the casual, almost gleeful, tucking of pistol into waistband whilst wearing a hair net is sublime.
Swim training in Russia
I think what I find most impressive is how she cooly (ha.) stands in there fixing her hair and goggles, you know, as if the water wasn't literally freezing.
Vance's Incredible 365 day transformation will blow you away
I'm not suggesting you do it for your own benefit, but rather to see if the methodology in the study works, as I figured this would be much more productive than splitting hairs about the study details :-)
I think you may have also misunderstood the methodology, as it doesn't require non-exercise, it just says it doesn't play an important part of the weight loss. If you were to try this for a few weeks, you could still exercise, and you should still see your results mirror those of the study.
There's also nothing restrictive about it, you can eat any cuisine you want, it's just a matter of replacing a couple of ingredients to minimize the processed ingredients and animal foods.
E.g. beef burrito turns into a bean burrito. All the flavours are still there :-)
Well, there are multiple problems with that.
First, I don’t really need to lose weight much.
Second, I’m pretty active anyway, so “no exercise” would never be a thing for me.
But most importantly, I love food way too much to restrict myself to that kind of diet.

They've never been shy before....maybe it's just a bad hair day for the school.
Maybe they don't want their pictures taken.
Wild barber!
Apparently it's much better for your hair than cutting. Fire seals the hair ends, stopping split ends.....that said, I agree, setting the whole head on fire at once seems insane. I've seen it done on a pony tail much more safely.
Yes!
And what the hell people.
Okay, using a power tool is the guy being too lazy to use normal clippers.
But WHY SET YOUR DAMNED HEAD ON FIRE you psychopaths?!
Wild barber!
Isn't burning hair one of the worst smells in the world? I don't get cutting hair by fire. With the guys it seemed to be just a trick on the top, but with the one girl, they were burning the hair itself for sure. Just a odd thing to do before using actual scissors?
Also, I've never had a barber just pic at the hair and snip at it the way the guy with the mask did on a few occasions from 1:43 to about 2:20. Perhaps that's needed for some styles or something. Seemed very odd.
Olena UUTAi Shaman lady
OMG but did anyone get to 2:24? Except for the bob-haired lady in the middle the seated orchestra doesn't know what hell they dropped into.

I'd also point to the Hot Coffee case as THE clearest example of tort reform propaganda that I'm aware of.
McDonald's had hundreds of burn complaints and it was their policy to keep the coffee at scalding temps to stop old people from drinking it too fast (they have to wait for it to cool) when they meet for their morning Blue Haired Neighborhood Committee meetings.
THEN this woman got burned. She only sued for the cost of her medical expenses, the jury awarded the extras for pain and suffering (she couldn't walk without a limp after when she was a spry tennis-playing old lady prior).

Someone needs to explain this Far Side comic to me (Blog Entry by Sarzy)
Okay, so I know I'm super late, but my interpretation is that something got in through the window (I know the crack is super small, so it's possible it got in through somewhere else and broke the window along the way) and fought with the dude - I think he might be a modern-ish caveman because of his scraggly hair and square head - and was killed and chopped up into meat. Morbid, yes. Nonsensical, yes. The only thing I could come up with? Yes.
White House revokes CNN reporters press pass
If someone accosts another person, especially a stranger, they stop them or go up to them and speak to them in a way that seems rude or threatening.
[formal, disapproval]
A man had accosted me in the street. [VERB noun]

accost in British
(əˈkɒst )
verb
1. (transitive)
to approach, stop, and speak to (a person), as to ask a question, accuse of a crime, solicit sexually, etc
It is suggesting the police were in error or were being rude at best.
This is how most people of my generation would understand the term.
So all I have to do is shed my clothes now and let things swing in the wind and I can do whatever I please, even coming within feet of the potus?
I don't think It would be a pretty picture/outcome for several reasons.
Biased reporting.
Just because Fox does it doesn't make it right.
You admit you can't even stand watching Fox for more than a couple of minutes.
You therefore have no ground to stand on.
You must endure it until your hair starts falling out as I have with CNN.
That's about 5 minutes.
Another definition might work as well.
The reporter constantly berated, grandstanded and hogged the microphone refusing to show an ounce of decorum.
He pulled an Acosta.
No sir. There is a world of difference between slight bias in reports about the nationalistic leader who continues to attack all actual news reporters like a 2 year old and direct his terroristic followers to attack them as enemies of the people and a deeper level of bias against all non right wingers paired with outright campaigning for the same anti free press candidates.
Wait...you still defend Fox as having reporting but claim you don't need someone to bend facts? Bending facts like using proper English to describe a scene? But reporting on the birther movement for years as true, and the ridiculous waste of money named the Benghazi investigation, continued denial of climate science, etc. does bother you? Fox doesn't bend fact, they omit it. They don't get credit for using 5% (yes, that's exaggerated) truth to sell their lies.
I watched Chris Wallace interview Conway just yesterday (for as long as I could stand it, which admittedly was only a few minutes), his questions were ok, but delivered with a slow underhand pitch and with no follow-up or contradiction of her ridiculous rambling factless replies. That's not good reporting, it's being the setup for spreading their agenda/propaganda.
You think CNN goes to far by using words like "accost" to describe 3 policemen tackling a topless woman in tights, and while you claim to have looked up the definition , you still claim the word is somehow loaded and not proper. Please explain.
When the police were going after the fleeing armed supporters of Mr Bundie under Obama I think you likely called them violent thugs who attacked that poor innocent man unnecessarily....Fox did. That man was armed and an anti American terrorist, but right wing so Fox called him a strong patriotic American standing up for American values that the unAmerican Kenyan thug in the Whitehouse wanted to murder.
There is no equivalence. Fox is (disgusting unAmerican) entertainment, not news. There is no right wing news outlet, they are all propaganda outlets and little more today.
The Ministry of Truth doesn't need fact, you will believe any nonsense they tell you to, even when it contradicts what they had you believe yesterday. They have you believing any non Trump biased news is fake news reported with hyper liberal bias, even in other countries, but Fox has good reporting and less bias.
*facepalm
