"I have never seen such blatant manipulation of government statistics.
There is government spending and government hiring to paper over what is truly a bad economy for the average man. When I was asked prior to the election who do you think will win the election, I said Trump has already won, according to the economic statistics. That’s why he won. Bobby Kennedy helped along with Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, lots of people switching and what have you. What really got Trump in was the economy, the real economy, not the stock market.
It was not the ‘everything is hunky-dory’ pablum from the mainstream media.
The real economy has been rolling over, and we are just waiting for the financial markets to figure this out.
When they do, Trump is going to inherit a turd of a financial market crisis.
Government statistics will be updated, and it will show we started a recession sometime this year...

TLDW- I wouldn’t believe anyone who’s going to pre-blame Biden for next summers planned recession/depression anyway.
The people who will be in charge like Elon and Trump say their plans will likely cause a depression next summer….believe them.
If they deport 10% what they say they will, it will cause a depression, and explode the debt.
If they enact the tariffs they say they will, it will cause a depression and a trade war.
If they end the ACA without a replacement (but we have a concept of a plan for thinking about a replacement…in two weeks) it will cause a depression and public health crisis.
Markets rode consistent record highs under Biden. America decided it was tired of winning.

Tesla employees are claiming that, at least from 2019-2022 they and others routinely accessed and shared private videos from customer car cameras including captured nudes and sex, road rage incidents, speeding through neighborhoods, and footage inside homes and garages including inside Elon Musk’s garage…shared widely between employees for fun.
Of course, Elon/Tesla for years had insisted this COULD never happen and WOULD never happen. Another broken promise from Elon. This one a MASSIVE problem, requiring you to cover your car in a sound proof garage for any privacy.
This sounds like a major privacy issue for Tesla in America especially since the cameras record audio on private property which is usually a crime, and I can’t imagine what China is going to do. They might recall every Tesla in China as a national security risk.

If memory serves me correct that was back a decade ago and they paid it back. FYI Ford and or GM also took the cheese , about 11 billion.. They did not pay it back.

JiggaJonsonYou know, the sad thing here is, there are actual conservative principals worth defending. Conserve as in conservation as in conservative as in keep things the same. Keep em stable.
So when I see "conservatives" at the Supreme Court pretty much upending 50 years of legal precedent, it - much like the laws the would supposedly conserve - is confusing. Like the man who nominated most of them at this point, previous law doesn't seem to affect their decisions if their religious zealotry needs to be front and center.
Therefore, why obey ever changing laws? Just wait until it's overturned. Wait until the other political party can install more judges who are partial to that issue.

So, today, Trump’s lawyers were sanctioned for filing frivolous lawsuits for Trump, likely to be disbarred. This is just the first of 11 plaintiffs sueing over the same frivolous lawsuit that the judge has already determined was filed in 100% bad faith with no evidence or crime as pure political theater, abusing the courts and defendants. She’s still facing well over $1 million in damages.
Also today, Trump admitted to allegedly abusing his federal powers to interfere in the Florida election in 2018. He’s saying this to 1) add fuel to his “elections are full of fraud” lie (no fraud found) and 2) to claim DeSantis couldn’t win without his interference, so definitely shouldn’t be the nominee.
So far it sounds like this is another pure tantrum lie from Trump, with no evidence he sent federal agents to “secure” any election in Florida. It is another indicator that he will abandon all rule of law if given another chance, and will illicitly interfere in elections.
Also, thin skinned snowflake Musk is driving Twitter into the ground quickly, driving off users, driving off advertising, firing critical staff, losing his executives, turning verification into a receipt for $8 and nothing else then losing his mind over parody pages, banning even clearly labeled parody, going full perma-ban over his hurt feelings, something he said he would outlaw when he bought it, tried but failed to bring back Trump. Sell your Tesla, he still owes over $40 billion, and all his money is Tesla stock, so he needs to take over $40 billion in cash out of his EV money pit to pay for the other unprofitable business he’s actively destroying at light speed.

At the very least, unless you bought stock in Tesla before Dec 2020 - OR - very specifically the month of June 2021, you're in the Red. At worst, you're down 30%.
But you're right, it IS a great time to buy that stock...because it's doing so amazingly fucking incredibly poorly. However, what's the stock gonna do when the S.E.C. comes ah-huntin for them shady deals that Musk seems to be runnin by acting like a lunatic in thinly veiled price manipulation schemes???
