Transforming the Homeless via Haircut (until it grows back)

It's really nice and all, but unfortunately won't really help them much I'd imagine. They're still hungry and homeless. Hair grows back.

It would be nice if they parlayed their new dos into something more substantial.

I've got an idea, how about PAY them for the hair, like wig companies do.
Nice idea, and helpful, just not long term help. Still, every bit helps. Good on ya guys.
