antsays...*commercial
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Commercial) - requested by ant.
Sniper007says...There's never been a Sherlock movie or series I didn't like.
sixshotsays...Now this is interesting. Always loved the Sherlock Holmes character. Hoping the movie lives up to the intriguing quality of the trailer.
lucky760says...A: "I didn't actually know him."
B: "Hahahahahaa."
I am perplexed by things like this in commercials almost every day. Is that supposed to be funny? To whom?
It didn't even seem like it was supposed to be humorous yet they took a good few seconds out of their trailer to focus on it as if it was supposed to elicit a good guffaw from we lowly viewers.
The only thing I conclude every time is: I guess I'm not the target audience for this, so I'm not going to watch it.
newtboysays...I got a slight chuckle from it, no guffaw, but I thought it slightly funny how the old man found the kid almost lying and/or misdirecting, and then being so dismissive of the familial 'relationship' just to be right amusing. I'm a weirdo.
I'll see it when it's on TV, but it didn't look worth paying for.

lucky760says...Thanks for sharing your thought process. That helps shed some light on it for me.
