I doubt you're getting more energy out of it than you initially put in.

The pull from the magnets acts as gravity would. It's hard to tell if all magnets are positive or all are negative or a combination of both. Gravity itself is still at work here too and will eventually win bringing it to a stop. I'm pretty sure it stopped soon after the video ended.

I'd call it a complex pendulum. Except that it seems to fall to a static state within seconds, right after he cuts the video in each clip.

Friction alone will eventually halt it.
