It's ironic how Microsoft had this bad image, and was generally viewed as evil, and Bill Gates as the overlord of our tech demise, and Apple was the scrappy underdog, making do with ingenuity and originality.

Yet... Microsoft has actually made a pretty good product with Windows 7, Apple is producing hype-crap after hype-crap, Steve Jobs is now out as the asshole he is, and Bill Gates is using his fortune (and the fortune of others) to actually try to make the world a better place.

Oh.. how the tables have turned.

Same thing with Google, they try to portray themselves as happy hippies or something when in reality they are all about gathering as much power and control as possible...

You gotta love those animated news reports. I wish they did those over here in the US!


And yes, Steve Jobs is an asshole. Save yourself the trouble and buy an Evo. They are all around better anyway.

When the iPhone 4 prototype was obtained by Gizmodo, Jobs ordered police to raid the house of Jason Chen, forcing him to relinquish the prototype.

There were recent reports that certain Apple-contracted factories are abusing employees. Some people think Apple was too cold-hearted when handling the situation.

Many users do not like being forced into an AT&T service contract when purchasing iPhone and have banded together to report Apple. The latest issue is the reception issue with the iPhone. Jobs claims the fault is not with Apple, but the consumer blocking the antenna with his/her hands, causing weak reception. As long as users do not block the antenna there are no issues. However, when Consumer Reports denied recommendation of the iPhone 4, Jobs realized that his charade was over. Jobs held a press conference to explain the issue. Jobs claimed that the iPhone 4 did have antenna issues, but other smartphones had the same problems as well. If users are still unsatisfied, Apple will send out free bumpers to alleviate the issue.

Consumers are quick to forget every wrong-doing as long as you make it seem like you're trying to help (ie. bumper). Sales will continue to sky-rocket, and people will go about doing what they do best, follow the leader.
