I don't believe anything a police officer has to say. Until all the "good" police officers start calling out all the piece of shit police officers...

Ain't gonna happen, it's a gang not a club.
The institution has become wholly corrupt and complicit with those who would observe and dictate to all how much free will they are allowed. Will only get worse until (if at all) people stop giving them more and more and more power.
Best bet for peeps in the states, since people give away their rights as humans with robotic fervor, is to GTFO before the shit implodes....because when Wiemar Republican inflation hits, many people in the U.S. will embrace their hind-brain survival-mode circuits, and it's gonna be dangerous and martial here, for a reasonably long, foreseeable future.

Why will peeps in the U.S.(UK) panic? Because a very small percentile of citizens have any survival skills beyond credit or commerce anchored in $$, and when that's gone shit gets uncooperative in large groups of hapless desperadoes.

I wanna be far, far away from idiots when it happens, with a clan of about 30, absolute motherfuckers....and their wimmins.

seems like an open-and-shut case, as far as I'm concerned. If the regulations stipulate same-gender strip searches with no one else observing, and the video clearly indicates a violation of this regulation, what else is there to show?

Of course, having said this, and recognizing the cesspool the American judicial system has become, I have little faith that such logic will actually return the appropriate verdict.

Considering the damage that drunk driving causes, a strip search is a pretty lenient punishment for a DUI arrest. But hey, let's ignore the fact that thousands of people are killed in drunk driving-related incidents. A woman is being embarrassed! This is an outrage!

If the woman wasn't driving drunk, she'd have my sympathy. But I have no sympathy for drunk drivers, male or female. They deserve every punishment they get.

Yeah, who needs due process anyway. It's so inconvenient. Remember that movie Judge Dredd? Let's do that, cuz he was the good guy, right?

What's the point of due process when it's an irrefutable fact that the suspect was over the BAC limit and driving a vehicle? Why should criminals have any rights at all? If they choose to ignore the law, why should the law respect their rights?
