See now, in a few years, if that kid goes on to join the jazz ensemble, he'll learn to improvise more effectively-I'd have picked up a mallet and used the one cymbal I had left to finish it out

Eh.. in this case the video is basically kid friendly anyway, show this to a 5-11 year old and they'd most likely laugh.

Great save! Unfortunately, he was demoted to the triangle and if he screws that up they'll put him on the rain stick or sandpaper blocks.
