Did you know dinosaurs were originally designed to be vegetarians? Now you do!

Without religion, we'd have less stupid people to make fun of.

...But then, without religion, we'd have less stupid people killing themselves off in the name of their idiotic beliefs.

But wait, then wouldn't that mean we'd have MORE stupid people to make fun of sans religion?!

No, kids! Because religion TEACHES people to be stupid! See?

Amateurs.

SDGundamXsays...

There are lots of non-religious people doing stupid things for stupid reasons and eliminating themselves from the gene pool (take a look at the eia channel for ample demonstrations). Stupidity is neither the cause nor result of religion any more than it is the cause or result of communism, tv, video games, or any other scapegoat you might think up.

What I think you meant to say is that rigid dogma--in religion, political beliefs, or anything else for that matter--leads to ignorance and probably violence. I would most certainly agree with that statement.

EDIT: The video is not a parody, by the way. Purchase your own copy at Amazon here. It really should be criminal for kids to be subjected to so much misinformation like this.

I used to like the harmless Christians that pretended to love their neighbor. Whatever happened to them? Oh yeah, they came out of the closet with their hatred and ignorance hanging on their cross as some badge of honor.

I wish God meant for me to be a vegetarian so I could have three-feet-long, razor-sharp teeth. And I could walk around all like, "RAWWWRR! Give me tofu and alfalfa sprouts on my sandwich! RAWWWWRR!" God doesn't love me like a T-rex.

lavollsays...

oh the BIBLE says so.. of course.... that makes it all so clear.
emember to not boil the baby goat in milk, it says so on the stone tablets that moses came down with!

"Without death there could be no fossils".

Wrong! God created the universe--including fossils--in order to FOOL all of us.

Intellect and curiosity are merely His way of letting us choose to be fooled.

Unless we close our minds to "evidence" and "science" we will never be saved.

( yes this is sarcasm
