This is pure vandalism, and everyone pays for it. Not to mention that it's awful taking a ride on a train with painted windows. At least stick to the body of the train only.

It's a train from the "Deutsche Bahn" and those guys are there to clean up the train (trash bag, etc.) not "police".

Thanks to dickheads like this places like L.A. are covered in graffiti. The only places without graffiti are covered in barb-wire...nothing makes a place look more like a shithole then graffiti and barb-wire.

a) Really gay spraying, why even film that garbage? I've seen some beautiful graffiti on trains myself, but they almost certainly require permission for anything big. Seen some good doors though.
b) If he came back to finish the job i'd have let him off.
