OK so they want attention. Now they've got my attention.
What is their message?
No Seriously, What exactly is their message. I would hate to think they are just making a noise for noise sake. They must have some sort of manifesto detailing what their actions hope to gain.

Simply stating female equality isn't good enough. That kind of message falls on dead ears. I'm pro equality as much as the next woman or person, so i am not their target audience. So who is?

What are the tangent demands they are hoping to parade around. Without specific talking points, they are doing an injustice to themselves and women. I like nude woman, an art-form in my mind, but that's just their hook to get noticed. What is the message exactly?

Not to be treated as objects. Making it so women are unable to expose or do whatever you want with their own bodies is a sign of treating them as an object. The fact that they are getting such a strong reaction just for showing their breast says something about the surrounding culture. If some women were to do this in Denmark it wouldn't be a big deal. Once again, saying something about the surrounding culture.

They also mentioned how domestic abuse is rampant in their country. Past that I don't know. I agree that they should have a more clear and articulate message but I didn't only take away that it was only about generic female equality.

Personally, their nude protest not only represent the attention and powerful lure of the first-circuit orality of humans in general and the collectively unconcious effect is has in any culture, but when they protest like Lann says, in countries where the males of that culture already treat women like complete dogs, they are speaking to the ingrained, cultural bullshit that has evolved within that particular culture. These are brave women representing a snapshot of the inevitable collapse of cultures and societies whose so-called leaders are determined to keep the BULK of humanity, in the fucking dark ages.....

I generally say Kudos to them for standing up and taking this beast on and taking back some control over themselves.

On the flipside, I'm disturbed by the people (males) who show up to gawk and take photos - clearly not the right forum for this type of event. Media is one thing but the rest...

And I don't understand the arrests and physical treatment they went through. Of course, I wasn't there. It could be their whole point was to make a scene and get arrested for their cause.

I was missing the core message here due to the initially apparent illogicality and counter-productiveness of the methodology employed to spread it.. however this limited view was based on my not having personal experience of living in a culture that is overly oppressive to women to such an unfamiliar degree.

So thanks to @Lann and @chingalera for the clarification and alternative perspective (before I made an ass of myself making comments that would have only related to some more so progressive cultures where this type of protesting isn't needed)

I can only base my opinion on what I've seen via the internet and though experience with Ukrainian classmates.

One thing that struck me was when a Russian woman and I were talking about our Danish husbands and how nice Scandinavian men are in general. Some Ukrainian (and Bulgarian) women jumped in on the conversation and said Danish men don't act like "real men" and were too nice/emotional. I instantly loose respect for anyone who says how a real man (or women) is supposed to act.

Not sure why someone downvoted this. It's the plain truth. Even though Rule 34 would apply, and therefore the video WOULD exist, and somewhere I'm sure it does, it certainly wouldn't be Sifted.
