I assume this is only a small clip from the entire 60 Minutes segment. Anyone know where we can see the complete segment?

Well, do they "often" do better... meaning "whatever a surprising amount to Melinda Gates is" do better... or "often do better" meaning as a group they perform better and graduate more than un-aided white kids. Since we're talking stats, I'd sure like to clear up the ambiguous language!

It always amazes me that Bill Gates has so much money that he had to create a foundation and hire several people whose full time job is to give it away, and they still can't do it fast enough!
