You need to amend your description. The limit will be 250GB not 250Gb (http://www.comcast.net/terms/network/amendment/). I too think this is only the first step. Since they feel that the typical household usage is about 2 - 3GB per month, they will eventually lower it as some people will no doubt continue to flirt with the 250GB limit.

Personally I feel they should allow people to pay less for lower use caps, I'd be willing to pay half (about $21) for 100GB a month or maybe even $10 a month for 50GB.
