@robbersdog49 It looks like they were emphasizing an accidental death that most likely could not have been avoided by the vehicle. How else would you prove no fault that it wasn't at least a Russian equivalent of manslaughter?

I fully understand the point they are making, I just feel it was more than a little extreme. It's one thing to see an avoidable fender bender it's quite another to see someone very obviously seriously hurt or killed. The video wasn't - in my eyes at least - necessary to make the point.
