What Would a Cat do in Zero Gravity? Fly Gracefully?

Preliminary data from the zero-g cat experiment suggests that we may have to leave the furry mammals behind on earth as we explore the heavens.

"I feel like that would just result in a free-floating ball of anger, claws and cat-pee."

That is funny!

I'm kind of curious to see a long-term experiment. Cats usually have a pretty amazing sense of balance and gravity, so I'm betting they'll adjust better than expected.

Wasn't this posted last year? Also am I the only one that feels like WTF for the cat? Poor thing. We can rationalize our experience of zero-g the cat just knows it should land on all feet no matter what the ground is.

The thing that amazes me is the people who vote for this, yet vote down the Robot Chicken stuff cause it promotes animal cruelty of fictional creatures.

That said... very funny.
