You gotta watch the show! It's all sorts of 80s/90s cheese but it's the product of David Lynch so it's anything but what you expect. Kyle MacLachlan is an experienced FBI agent, enlightened in the ways of the Tibetan monks and the "cowboy" is a simple but open minded sheriff who runs a secret police in Twin Peaks, California. Anyway, they're trying to solve a murder in a town with supernatural undertones. This show is all about the details.

Kudos for giving a detailed description of Twin Peaks without using the phrase "batshit insane" even once.
