Haha. That's in Boston, it's not far from MIT where Chomsky is a professor. That's actually a public sailing club, anyone in the general public can join, and it's pretty affordable. (www.community-boating.org)

Yeah, "cinematic" effects make it look "realistic". "Live" means here "prerendered video streamed live" (or, prerendered textures are baked onto simple geometry and that's rendered live) apparently, and "the cloud" likely means "some servers".

But it does look pretty good and the movement looks really smooth.
