i watched this with my dad when i was little!!!

i still own this movie on BetaMaxx, VHS, DVD, and ISO. it's still one of the best movies ever made.

I could be wrong, but I think that the glow effects, at least, were hand drawn onto every frame of film.

I always thought the Matrix ripped off this movie some.

There is actually very little CGI in this movie (not surprising for the time). Most of the scenes were hand drawn to create the effects, which, IMO is even more impressive.
