The Capitol Police Board is made up of the House and Senate sergeants-at-arms, as well as the Capitol architect. The Capitol Police chief serves in a non-voting capacity on the board, according to the Capitol Police website.
Pelosi was not a chair or administrator of any committee supervising the Capitol Police at the time of the insurrection. She's not listed on any of those committees' websites today, either.

So….Who is in charge of calling up the national guard? Governors or the president. DC has no governor…so just the guy with foreknowledge….Trump. Derp. You know you can google this shit, right? The universe just loves to crush your conspiracy theories….today in Jan 6 evidence releases (internal texts) we learned that Trump’s claim that he tried to call up 10000 national guard troops that Nancy refused was actually referencing an internal whitehouse conversation where he was talked out of calling in 10000 national guard troops to protect him and the rioters from the police and liberals as they marched on the capitol, after which the secretary of defense went so far as to write letters to the national guard and military ordering that any troops deployed could absolutely not be armed, not have helmets, body armor, or any riot control gear, and could only act in self defense …sent out of the justified fear that Trump and his insurrectionist allies would use them anyway….something they did try to do even after the idea had been quashed in the whitehouse but the SOD wouldn’t answer their calls.

If that’s not evidence of knowledge and forethought, we have different definitions of the words.

So, now that you’ve had time to confirm that only Trump (and his SOD under his orders) can call up the national guard in DC, and that more police were requested (but not deployed) early by everyone but Trump’s pro-insurrection people….now what?

A federal judge has cited the house Jan. 6 committee's final report since it was made public last week, ruling Wednesday that then-President Trump's remarks to a crowd on Jan. 6 telling them to "fight like hell” could have signaled to his supporters that he wanted them "to do something more" than just protest. It was clear to all that peaceful protests outside would not “stop the steal”, another thing he instructed the crowd was imperative to “save our country”.
Clearly that’s not the only phrase he used that indicated he, and his people, wanted violence. “Trial by combat”, “take your country back”, “stop the steal” all imply the same call to violence, especially when delivered to his rabid, well armed, ready to get “wild” crowd.
While this does rise to the level of incitement, it does not create a legal shield that they were acting on legal orders from the president as many have claimed in court.

It’s also been made public that Trump tried to give a blanket pardon to every insurrectionist….indicating he knows it was a criminal insurrection because you can’t pardon innocent people….also indicating he believed it was only his rabid supporters there, because he would never consider pardoning ANTIFA activists (that weren’t there) for one picosecond.
