Showing how the marriage equality revolution swept America. Of course in most of the rest of the modern world it's been more of an evolution.

Idk, it wasn't legal anywhere in the world before 2000, its not as if the rest of the west have had it for donkeys years while we looked down on the States. Its only been legal in the UK (not even all of it!) for a year and we don't have that much of a religious right wing to contend with. Really I think its a much greater achievement given how loud those bigots have been and how much of a political issue it seems to have been.
