There are places in Hawaii where the tarps run 60 feet high. You want to see real tarp surfing, you have to go where the tarps are big.

Crap! I was confused. I thought that "tarp" meant "carp".
As in, "Carp Surfing!!!!!!!!!" ...see? that would have been cool!
