TheGenksays...I guess this ends the illegal torture debate by removing the "il".
chingalerasays...Shock cuuuffs! Partyyy! Exceluuuunt!
(din't they have these in Rise of the Planet of the Apes?)
rebuildersays...Just add explosives, attach somewhat higher.
song77says...i could abuse those, she is awesome
antsays...*wtf
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Wtf) - requested by ant.
Draxsays..."Some people think this can affect your heart. It doesn't. What it does is send a charge through your body that locks up your muscles.".
Well good thing a heart is nothing like a muscle.
chingalerasays...He meant to say it like that-Sounded exactly like a cop doing it, too.
Yeah flatfoot, no. A stun-unit with 60-80,000 volts can stop a heart asshole, all hearts being exactly the same....like thumbprints.
lantern53says...First off, sheeple don't go to prison for violent crimes. Sheeple follow blindly along and don't cause any trouble at all.
Also 'potential for abuse'...don't cops already carry guns? You trust them with guns, right?...until they abuse that then they lose those guns and face prosecution or other remedies.
TheSofaKingsays...On this device, the electricity passes through a ~2" section of your thigh muscle if that's where it is attached. Electricity takes the path of least resistance. Even if applied directly over the chest the current will not go deep enough into the chest to effect the heart. That is why most people who are tasered with a traditional taser, where the path of current is across the chest, 99.9% do not die.

brycewi19says...As long as they have a safe word.
Some people are in to some kinky stuff.
poolcleanersays...I'll add this my ever growing list of things I hate in the first world: tasers, pepper spray, omnipresent invasion of privacy, water boarding, oubliettes, and, now, shock collars.
The voice of God is Government. And now that God has been ousted, we need a new machine of terror: TECHNOLOGY. And then we'll reintroduce God. Vicious cycle.
albrite30says...Do they make these "stun cuffs" smaller? Like the size of my "woody woodpecker?"
chingalerasays...Whoa man, oubliettes don't necessarily fit in your list of first-world oppression techniques-I's a small percentage of evil-doers that use the ol' lotion-and-bucket pit.
You forgot brass knuckles and black jacks-My healthiest fears involve permanent damage through hardly-noticeable, soft-tissue trauma.
