Squid with two very different eyes

This weird squid has one huge yellow eye, and one small blue one. This research by Duke University and MBRI looks at the evolutionary reasons why this might be the case, and potential applications.

Do I need the word 'weird' there? Are there non-weird squid?

I don't think so. I was afraid the cocks might resent the change, and so I did a search for 'raging cocks'. There were hundreds of thousands of hits! I've had to take care of a cock or two in my time, but I wouldn't want that many coming after me.
