Speech Jammer Gun Review

This guy mangles his gun review by using a speech jammer in his ears. It works by utilizing feedback, recording what a person says as they say it and playing it back to them with a delay of just a few microseconds.
Turn on captions for more amusement.

Sounds like me with my speech impediments. How do I uninstall/remove it since I was born with it?

Kinda scary. Although "the researchers have no desire to further develop or market their speech jammer", I'm sure some government or agency somewhere is working to perfect it.
