School children harassing a shopkeeper

This shopkeeper had warned these kids not to enter his shop ever again due to frequent shop lifting but they decided to ignore his warning and confront him. Quite a common event in the UK now as the kids are very much aware of their legal rights and that nothing can happen to them as they are regarded as minors under law. If the shop keeper had hit the cheeky one who was provoking him, he would have ended up in jail.

Can't he call the police for them trespassing in his shop?

No jury would convict. Deck those little fuckers right in the mouth, then sue their parents.

I think since it is the UK, they won't be there any time soon.

Sure, it will create lots of other much worse problems, but it will solve this one.

See, if it was me, I'd smile, welcome them in, and give them all a bunch of candy bars (too many to eat right there on the spot).

Then the moment they left the store I'd call the cops and report them for shoplifting. I'm assuming of course that if I'm not yelling at the top of lungs at them they won't be video recording me giving them the candy bars.
