On a more serious note (sorry to be a buzzkill, but <-- cat lover), that raccoon could carry any number of diseases; I'd put a stop to this if I were [whoever filmed this].

I was going to say that about the cat. How do we know that that flea-ridden feline isn't the stray one and the raccoon the poor pet/theft victim? I say we wait until this story develops until we come to any rash and most definitely bias (cough, Issy, cough) judgments! Once upon a time I owned a raccoon as a pet if you cannot already tell. Most agreeable pet I've ever had.
