Ok, he just flew off the hwy. Nosed dived in to the earthen divider with a flip and twist in the air. At this point the idiot should be happy to not have become one with the windshield, dashboard, steering wheel or concrete. Getting out to look and see if the car is still drivable is just adding to all the other clues he was ether a DUI or was thinking of running so he did not have to cover the other car he hit. You can see he tried to ether restart the car several time or tried to put it in gear as the rear lights keep cycling.

Actually, he was just checking to see if he was between the lines.
