Sweet, this is actually called Big Dog and is produced by Boston Dynamics, i did a blog post on this earlier today and looked for video footage but had no luck.

PETRA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Robotic Animals) are PISSED about this video, it shows multiple abuses of the robotic mules, including outright kicking and shoving of the mules on several occasions. Also there are rumors that Boston Dynamics is performing small scale tests with dismembered mules, using only their legs and such.
