Here's a bit more info about this film, courtesy of qruel:

-The lead actress was on one of "The Bachelor" TV shows. (She almost made it to the end.)
-The original version is about 25 minutes (Scenes played out longer for suspense. He edited this version for a 10-minute film festival.)
-The director was heavily influenced by Brian DePalma and the movie 'Audition'.

Wow! Very nicely done, qruel. I loved the slow building of tension, and the use of the zoom (very few directors know/care how to make good use of the zoom lens these days). I can definitely see the De Palma influence (in fact, you're doing De Palma better than De Palma is doing De Palma these days . I also really liked the long POV shot. Good stuff, qruel.

totally agree with sarzy. excellent use of the zoom. i especially liked the long shot of the bathroom door before you hear the musicbox play. well done.

thanks for all the nice encouraging comments. I really appreciate them. I sifted a film by the director of The Evil Inside (the reason why I wanted to work with him) called KILLING MICHAEL BAY. It was a far different film stylistically and themeatically but I thought it was very funny and ambitious.
