I think this is from the news story I saw a headline for earlier today. You can see the tank is leaking violently and he pulled into this area to check it out. Upon touching the tank, static electricity ignited it.

What a hilarious propane tank. It just kept blowing up over and over again, until it couldn't blow up any more.
