I just can't believe this shit!

That guy should be thrown off the force. Then he should have his balls cut off and made into ball soup. Then the soup should be fed to dogs. Then he should be forced to eat the dog poop with his balls in it, and then when he poops, HIS poop with the dog poop AND his balls in it should be sewn back into his scrotum and everyone should call him Shitty-balls from that day on!
