Never, throughout all time, has a pet owl been better named.

Skeevesays...Considering Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, courage, victory, etc., was actually represented as (or with) an owl, I can think of one name that would be better than Artemis .>> ^Payback:

Paybacksays...I was so waiting for those razor-sharp talons to poke in somewhere, but I am amazed at how careful the owl was being, it was grabbing the fur of the dog's ear under it's knuckles, not using the talons at all.
