How is that a fail? It did exactly as designed....entered the water and made itself upright.
These boats have 5 point harnesses on the seats for exactly this reason, you strap in real tight and go for a joy ride

I wonder if the test was done with weights inside instead of humans, and I wonder how different the behavior would've been if it was fully loaded or completely empty.
