I think it was Quantum Mushroom who referenced this bit in a comment stream recently. It doesn't seem to be sifted. I heard this bit decades ago and never forgot it -- he was the Louis CK of his time. Truth telling to our faces.

The version I have on vinyl has him really hitting up the color -- she's black, black, blaclclclclclcclk. And she's white, white, lily lily white.

Don't really get how this is so revered, but I guess it's like you say bb, it doesn't work now as we don't get the huge prejudice against being with someone of other colour to yourself.

I don't recall making any reference to L. Bruce or similar material but hey, you could choose worse company.
