What's really unfortunate is that we don't get to see exactly what facial expressions he's making during all this because of the video's resolution.

And by "unfortunate" I mean whew.

Drugs are bad for you(r) fashion sense, more like. Has this guy been high longer than he's been in the vicinity of a mirror? Because what the fuck?

This is a scene from an old (about 10-13 years) German late night show called Rave Around The World. It showed several Techno Music events (and lots of very hot girls if I might add). Search Youtube for some clips.
This guy was acting for the camera and it was nothing special to be dressed like that.
