Full version seems to be removed from various video hosting sites. Weird to copyright claim a 1930's movie.

I agree that it's weird to hold copyright on something that's almost 80 years old. But copyright lasts for 50+ years after the death of the artist — so if this was made by a 35-year-old who lived to be 75, the copyright would expire in 2020.
