siftbotsays...Boosting this quality contribution up in the Hot Listing - declared quality by Mordhaus.
kir_mokumsays...these are the biggest baby drinkers i've ever seen.
eric3579says...What makes "American" rum different than any other rum? I assume it HAS to be more than it was made in America. What makes these rums particularly American?
oritteroposays...I think that really is it - http://drinks.seriouseats.com/2012/01/guide-to-rum-basics-types-history-regions-terms-rum-cocktails.html
The point is that it's not Caribbean rum (which generally has a good name) or Australian rum (which is lucky for them )

eric3579says...That's super annoying. Anything for the views Not the first time this yt channel has sold a bunch of bs.

oritteroposays...??? That wasn't my take on it!
They've tried all kinds of American foods and beverages, some they've liked and some they haven't. It's normally more entertaining when they don't.
Usually at least one of their reactions are about what I'd expect my own to be.

eric3579says...It's entertaining and fun to see the reactions. My issue is they say "American" rum as if it's somethings different than other rum. They just can't say Irish people drink rum, because nothing about that is interesting. I recall the Thanksgiving video when the food they chose was so not typical American thanksgiving food. To the point id never heard of some of it. I just think they are willing (imo) to fudge a bit just to make a video. Anyway im just bitchin and moaning for no particularly good reason

oritteroposays...I don't think it's that unusual to describe drinks by their origin. Cuban rum for instance is very much a thing, as is American Whiskey vs Scotch Whisky vs Irish Whiskey (or the highly regarded Japanese).
I wouldn't know one way or the other for the Thanksgiving vid. Scalloped potatoes are a thing here though I had some last night.

siftbotsays...Moving this video to oritteropo's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.
