The optician is clearly mentally ill (how often do you get to type that sentence?), but the reporter was a little too spritely for a 75-year-old, too -- always back away from the crazy person.

Consumer reporters are pretty much the lowest rung on the ladder. There's a consumer reporter here in Cincinnati that I think half the populace would like to see smacked around.

Toronto has much love for Peter Silverman; he's definitely one of the good guys. I'm glad he wasn't hurt.

Anger management! I don't know why I get such a kick out of vids of people becoming unglued, but I do. What a pansy with his "lunge and pull back and flinch" tactic.

This rocks SO hard. I did a little research on this fruit loop, and it turns out he has a history of insanity. He has done things like-
Stolen plants out of people's potters on their front porch.

Wrote his stores name on freshly poured concrete in someone's driveway next door to him.

He also threatened to kill the first woman, but for some strange reason, that part was taken out of this clip. I think.


This guy is a nut ball, and he also seems to be confessing his guilt by being so defensive. Not to mention...
Antagonizing someone and leading them on by say you found the power of god?

Assault with a weapon: he slammed the door into Silverman, grabbed his sheaf of notes and hit him with it, then flailed with the doormat, then the snowballs.

I'd call the first hit with the door, which could have bruised or seriously injured Silverman, assault with a weapon.

Any implement used to harm is a weapon.

A gun is a firearm until you use it to harm others, then it's a weapon.
