I am pretty sure the "He's probably OK" is a sarcastic remark. Nothin left of that car. This was shown on an american TV show called "World's worst drivers"

sorry dag. please remove it if it's unacceptable. you're definately right about it being borderline since i'm sure that guy didn't make it. i thought it would be OK since it's a famous clip from a TV show in the states as deadfox mentioned. it was also on 'world's wildest police videos.'

This was an abruptly ended police chase (obviously). however, it's better that it ended this way instead of him hurting an innocent person since im sure the semi-truck driver wasn't harmed.
